Title: m6 with problems

Hello friends

I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I won an m6 from a friend who came from the United States and ran for a while until asking to upgrade.

After updating it it only gets stuck at boot and does not start anymore.


I really want to be helped

Please email JmGO customer service at after-sales@jmgo.com.

Send them a short video clip and an explanation of the issue.

To reset the M6 push a pin or paper clip in to this small hole as shown in the photo.

I already tried this process and it hasn't changed anything 😔
continues on the locked start screen
I sent the e-mail and asked for the serial code, I sent and they didn't answer anymore 😔

I would like to know how to insert a new system from a computer because I don't have access to the menu

This can only be done by an authorized JmGO service center.
