Does it do the same thing when connected to a different HDMI source?

Hello. I have a V8. I know these are no longer sold. I love my V8. It is connected to a Denon Receiver and we use a Fire Stick (connected to the Denon). Unfortunately while watching TV and streaming stuff the screen blacks out and says HDMI Reconnecting. It does this several times in an hour. It does reconnect and goes right back to where it left off, but it's rather annoying. I've already checked the connections and messed around with checking the output input settings. Any other ideas?

Since I've changed from the old Jmgo G1 to Jmgo N7L I become problems.If I watch a Movie ( BluRay,Stream,DVD ) it is going to flicker after some minutes. The time period is getting shorter after the last tries. I've been testet it with some different HDMI Kable,with the PC and also with an Bluray player.
If I turn the Beamer off and on the problem is gone for short time.
Could it be an heating Problem? The old G1 had an dust filter wich is cleanable. But the N7L???

Could someone help me with my problems,please :'(

I havenít heard of that issue however send an email to after-sales@jmgo.com with a short video of what it is doing and they will advise you.

Have you tried contacting the JmGO Service Center? Is your N7L still under warranty? The issue is the only repairable by the service center.

No other updates. The G1S is out of production and it would cost more to send it in for repair and return it that you could buy a replacement for.

It appears one of the color LEDS has failed. Probably BLUE.

I suggest you take a short video of the issue and send it to after-sales@jmgo.com along with your purchase date and serial number. They will advise you.

Dear Keith,
I have contact you a few times but my problems are still not solved.

I expierience a lot of problems since i upgraded my G1S to a newer firmware. I lost the English language.
and the second problem is the focusing lens is not working anymore.

I have tried the factory reset through the settings menu but it's not working.

could you give me some advise how to solved this problems.

How can I delete apps from my jmgo G7?

Highlight the app you want to delete then click the button that has the three lines then click uninstall.
