N7L green screen

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone else has a green screen on the projector?

I have the N7L and it is displaying a green screen Has anybody else had this?

Any help is appreciated

It appears one of the color LEDS has failed. Probably BLUE.

I suggest you take a short video of the issue and send it to after-sales@jmgo.com along with your purchase date and serial number. They will advise you.

I have had the same issue. Unit turns on sometimes, but other times purple light around power button. When it does finally turn on, after a few minutes of watching a video normally, the screen freezes and is green and black. No buttons on the unit nor the remote work after this. I have unplug the unit to turn it off. If I plug it in again after 10 sec, the power light is purple and will not power on. I have to leave it unplugged for about 10min and plug it in for it to turn on. So sad.... :(

Have you tried contacting the JmGO Service Center? Is your N7L still under warranty? The issue is the only repairable by the service center.

Where there is JmGO there is cinema.
