My JmGo N7 powers up normally but does not recognize the HDMI signal. A blue screen appears. I tried to replace the computer and HDMI cable but it didn't fix. I also did the factory reset.
Please, can someone help me.

If the screen is blue, there are two situations.

The first is the problem of alternate computer interface, You can choose the computer to update the latest driver, and the resolution is adjusted to 1080, donít be high or low. For cable, it is recommended to buy a better one, a with 2.0 cable.

The second type: there is a problem with our own HDMI interface, we need to receive the product to figure out. Please email after-sales@jmgo.com and explain your problem for advice.
